Lan Chi Lu is one of our Member Service Representatives. Chi can assist you with your savings, checking, share certificates, money market accounts, ATM cards and other member services.

Xitlali Gomez is our newest Member Service Representative. She can help you with your savings, checking, share certificates, money market accounts, ATM cards and other member services.
Tiffany Johnson, Loan Processor. Tiffany makes sure that your loans are processed both quickly and completely.
Yvonne Caisse, Loan Processor, won the Tomorrows Star Award from the California Credit Union League in the Year 2000. This award honors exceptional achievement for credit union employees. Yvonne is responsible for Loan Processing, Direct Deposit and the Union Dues Program.
Tiara MacDonald, Collection Manager, has been in the credit union movement for over 20 years. First with Accent Office Services, which ran the credit union prior to 1991, and with our credit union since 1991. Some of Tiara's responsibilities include Collections, Visa Program and Project Implementation.
Racheal Aquino, Office Manager, as been in the credit union industry for over 30 years, with Kaiperm Federal Credit Union and America First Credit Union before joining us in 1991. Besides her Office Manager responsibilities, Racheal handles a majority of the Loan Officer duties. In 2004, won the HR Professional of the Year Award.
Rick Hanan, CEO, has over 27 years credit union experience. Thirteen years with Operating Engineers Local No. 3 Federal Credit Union and fourteen years with SMW 104 Federal Credit Union. Besides managing, he handles with marketing and the information systems (data processing) function at the credit union. Rick is on the Assembly of Delegates for the California Credit Union League (CCUL). He also serves as President of the East Bay Credit Union Chapter and President of the Northern California CUES (Credit Union Executive Society). He is serving on the Legislative Committee of National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) and on the Advisory Committee for NAFCU Services Corporation (NSC). Rick also serves as Chairman of the Election Committee for the California Credit Union League.
