Online Check Orders Through Harland Clarke - Direct Link
If you have an SMW 104 Federal Credit Union Check Account or Money Market Account we now made it easier to reorder checks. We have established a Direct Link with our check vendor - Harland Clarke. The Direct Link experience requires the account holder to enter their 9-digit Routing Number and their 14-digit Checking Account Number {which is located at the bottom of your check} to log in and place an order. The system utilizes previous order history therefore, no private member data is displayed during the session. If you have not placed an order with Harland Clarke, you will directed to call them directly, or you may contact the credit union for placement of your first order. You will not be able to change personalization or billing address information. This will be handled in the manner in which it is done today through the credit union office. The Direct Link offers a robust product catalog product line. Members can browse and preview customization options such as font, logo and over the signature line messages. Enrolling in eStatements is a simple way that you can receive your statements faster and make a positive difference in our environment. When you receive your statements electronically you can view and print them in a safe, secure environment anytime, anywhere. In order to access eStatements your computer must be Windows2000 or higher, have installed Adobe Reader 7 or higher and use Internet Explorer 6 or higher. If you have more than one account with SMW 104 Federal Credit Union, each account number must be enrolled individually. Enrollment is fast and easy, just log on to your credit union account via Online Banking and click eStatements under the Accounts tab. You will be prompted to complete the enrollment page and you're ready to go. If you have not logged into your account via Online Banking before, please contact the credit union for assistance with the set-up.

Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009
Due to the recent Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility Disclosure Act of 2009, many financial institutions have implemented new changes to their credit card programs. SMW 104 Federal Credit Union has made only minimal changes, one of which you may have already noticed is a change with your monthly Visa billing statement. Your billing cycle will now run from the twenty-sixth day of the month through the twenty-fifth of the following month, rather than the first day through the last day of the same month. What does this mean for you? It means you will receive your statements earlier, which will enable you to have more time to remit your monthly payments.
In the months ahead, we will provide information pertaining to additional changes, which will include an enhanced statement disclosing how long it will take to payoff the credit card balance if only the minimum monthly payments are made as well as the posting of the Visa Classic and Visa Platinum credit card disclosures on this website.
