eStatements Temporarily Unavailable 


Due to an unexpected hardware issue, eStatements are temporarily unavailable.  However, there is no impact with your ability to review the account history using the functions under the Accounts tab.  We are working diligently to resolve the matter.  In the meantime, a paper statement will be mailed to all eStatement accounts until the issued has been resolved.


We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your patience while we work through this.

Update To Shared Branching Locations


Beginning April 1, 2015 many Patelco Credit Union branches will be converting from full service Shared Branching outlets to self-service NextGen ATM’s with Shared Branching capabilities.  They will not convert them all at once, but will convert a few branches at a time.  To lessen the impact of these changes, SMW 104 Federal Credit Union offers several alternatives: 



If you prefer to transact with a teller, you can locate the nearest Shared Branch outlet by visiting                               www.co-opsharedbranch.com.  Just remember to exclude Shared Branch outlets that are identified as “self-service”.  You can also call SMW 104 Federal Credit Union for a list of convenient locations near you. 


Direct Deposit:  Simply provide our routing number and your account number to your payroll department to have your payroll check automatically deposited to your SMW 104 Federal Credit Union account. 


Mobile Deposit:  Register for Mobile Deposit by logging into your SMW 104 Federal Credit Union account via Online Banking and selecting Mobile Deposit under the Accounts tab.  Once you have downloaded our Mobile Deposit App, simply take a picture of your check and submit your deposit.  Deposits are credited to your account the same day if submitted before 6:30 PM (Monday – Friday, excluding credit union holidays and early closure days). 


Mobile Banking:  Download our Mobile Banking App to view balances and history, make transfers and manage bill payments.  (You must be registered with Online Banking in order to use this App.  Please call us for assistance with your initial registration).

Additionally, you can request a check be mailed to your home address on file by calling us during our normal business hours, by logging into your account online, or by calling SMARTLINE (Sheet Metal Audio Response Teller).  Requests made by 5:00 PM will be mailed the same day. 


Have you moved?  Simply complete the Change of Address Form and return it via any of the return methods listed on the top of the form.
