For optimum viewing from your desktop computer, your browser must be Windows Internet Explorer 7.0 and above or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and above.  The recommended screen resolution is 800 x 600 and requires JavaScript to function properly.

 

Bill Payment

 

If you’re like most people, time becomes more and more valuable and writing out a check each month to pay a bill, purchase stamps and remembering to drop it in the mail doesn’t always fit into our busy daily life.

Submitting your one-time registration for SMW 104 Federal Credit Union bill payment can eliminate all of that by streamlining your bill paying process by creating your payee profiles ahead of time.  When ready, simply login to schedule the payment for the date and amount you determine.  Additionally, you can set-up recurring bill payments, such as your mortgage, which will automatically debit your account for the amount and date you have established.

With Mobile Deposit you can deposit checks into your account from anywhere by using your smart phone or tablet.  Take the hassle out of driving to the ATM or standing in line at a branch by making deposits while on the go.

 

To begin, simply log into to your SMW 104 Federal Credit Union account via Online Banking and complete the request form, which is located under the Accounts tab.  Qualified accounts will receive an email from us with the link to download the free SMW 104 Federal Credit Union Mobile Deposit App.  Within a few hours of submission (during our regular business hours), you will be ready to register your mobile device and start making deposits.

 

Here are a few quick steps after logging into the App:

 

Tap the + sign located at the top right portion of the screen (directly above “Deposit”)
Read and accept the User Agreement
Select the share account you wish to deposit to
Enter the dollar amount of the check
Place your check on a dark background in a well-lit area, then take a picture of the front and back of the check and submit
You will receive confirmation that your deposit has been submitted
Retain the original check for 90 days and mark VOID on the front of the image once you have confirmation your account has been credited
Repeat the process for additional checks to be deposited

 

You can review your deposit and account balance by logging into your account via SMW 104 Federal Credit Union Online Banking or through our Mobile App.  Deposits made by 6:30 (PST) will be processed the same day.  Deposits made after the cutoff will be processed on our next business day.

Enrolling in eStatements is a simple and secure way of accessing your account statements and eliminates the need to send your personal information through the mail.  Registration is as easy as 1-2-3.

 

  1. Login to your account through Online Banking
  2. Select eStatements under the Accounts tab
  3. Complete the enrollment page for immediate access to the past 36-months

 

**If your email address has changed, please update your online account as well as your eStatement registration to ensure your eStatement notifications do not reject.

You can navigate to the various pages of the App using the dial or icons.  The App defaults to the dial; however, you may change it to the icons by going to the Settings page once logged in and changing the Menu Style.

 

Can I make check deposits through the SMW 104 Federal Credit Union Mobile App?

 

No.  Our Mobile Deposit product is a standalone App.  You must request enrollment by logging into your account through Online Banking, or if using a mobile device, navigate to the full site version of our website (www.smw104fcu.org) and complete the Mobile Deposit Request form located under the Accounts tab when logged in.

 

What should I do if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

 

Contact SMW 104 Federal Credit Union immediately by calling 800-464-5987 so we can delete your mobile device from accessibility to our Mobile App.

What happens if I forgot my Username/Password?

What type of item is ineligible through SMW 104 Federal Credit Union Mobile Deposit?

 

Foreign currency

Savings Bonds

Checks payable to a third-party

Substitute checks (checks created from an electronic image)

Checks that are older than 6 months

Checks that have been altered or irregular

Checks submitted for deposit which are drawn off of the same account

 

How do I know when my Mobile Deposit check has been credited to my account?

 

Once the deposit shows as complete on the deposit screen, you can log into your account via Online Banking to confirm the actual posting.

 

How many checks can I deposit at a time?

 

Each deposit is submitted and processed separately.

 

What do I do with the check after it’s been deposited?

 

Once you receive confirmation of deposit (by logging into your account via Online Banking), mark VOID on the front of the check and retain it in a safe place for 90 days; properly dispose of the item thereafter.

 

What is the cutoff time for depositing checks?

 

There is no cutoff time for submitting your deposit.  However, any check deposit submitted through SMW 104 Federal Credit Union Mobile Deposit after 6:30 PM (PST) will be credited to your account on our next business day.  Please refer to our holiday schedule/early closure dates located on the Contact page as deposits made after the credit union has closed on those dates referenced will be credited to your account on our next business day.

 

What if I have more than one account with SMW 104 Federal Credit Union?

 

You must login to each account separately through SMW 104 Federal Credit Union Online Banking and submit your request form.

 

What if I have a joint account?

 

If your SMW 104 Federal Credit Union account is a joint account, each account holder will have to download the App and register their specific device by tapping “New Deposit User” on the login screen.  Only the share accounts you have access to will be displayed.
